Standard cancellation window
For standard Airport Transfer Istanbul bookings, cancellation is free when the request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Service-specific conditions
Some services supplied through the transfer network may have a different cancellation deadline. When a service-specific condition is shown in your quote or booking confirmation, that condition takes priority for that reservation.
How to request cancellation
Use My Booking where available or contact support with your booking reference and the email used for the reservation. The time the cancellation request is received is used to determine eligibility.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Requests received after the applicable free-cancellation deadline may not qualify for a refund. A no-show may also be treated as a completed or non-refundable service depending on the booking conditions.
