1. Operator
AirportTransferIstanbul.net is operated by Uysar Group Yazilim Tic. Ltd. Sti., Beylikduzu, Istanbul, Turkey. Booking functionality is provided through the Novix Transfers platform.
2. Booking information
You are responsible for entering accurate passenger, contact, route, pickup, flight and luggage information. A booking is associated with the confirmation and booking reference issued after successful submission.
3. Prices and services
Prices and available vehicle options shown during search are based on the route and service data available at that time. The details displayed before confirmation form part of the booking information.
4. Changes and cancellations
Requests should be submitted as early as possible. The standard free-cancellation period is at least 48 hours before scheduled pickup unless the selected service or booking confirmation states a different condition.
5. Traveller responsibilities
Travellers must provide correct pickup details and be reachable using the contact information supplied with the booking. Additional waiting, route changes or services outside the confirmed booking may be subject to availability and extra charges.
6. Delays and circumstances outside control
Travel can be affected by traffic, road closures, weather, airport operations and other events outside reasonable control. We will use reasonable efforts to support the booked service but cannot guarantee conditions outside the transfer provider’s control.
